All Jenni's classes are now back to normal.
Simone's classes resume Thursday 30th January, 10am.
Classes are taught on the Central Coast, NSW. Most of the Classes at Yoga & You run with the school term.
The style of the class will depend on the students.
At Yoga & You we encourage students to work at their own level and pace guided by Jenni or Simone.
Students are encouraged to pay and commit to 5 or 10 week blocks, though casual payment is available.
Please advise your teacher if you are unable to make your class.

What to bring
Bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement and have an empty stomach. It's also a good idea to bring socks and a shawl or blanket for relaxation.
Etiquette
For Practice: Leave shoes at the door
Wear comfortable clothing that won't restrict your movement.
Do not eat a full meal at least 2 hrs prior to class.
Do not drink during class, come to class hydrated.
Turn mobile phone off and set up quietly.
Advise teacher of any health concerns that may affect your practice.
Advise the teacher if you need to leave early.
Please discuss any concerns you have of the class with your teacher.
Administration
Full fees must be paid at the commencement of class/ term.
There are no cash refunds.
There are no classes on public holidays and minimal classes over school holidays.
Due to unforseen circumstances a class may be cancelled.
Other
Corporate, Small Group and Private Classes are available on request.
